Good Day for a Treasure Hunt

Good Morning everyone! Just a quick note…It is the Big Day! We are off on a treasure hunt! The boys are so excited! Grandpa and I are dressing up as pirates (thank you Jack Sparrow) We are hoping to be the best dressed pirates on the road…(LOL) We will be enjoying a lunch of (what else?) Fish and Chips! I am dreaming of (root) beer in big frosty mugs. Well I must be off to make three cornered paper hats . Ahoy Mates!
I am so Grateful today for the beautiful sunny weather, it is hard to hunt for buried treasure in the rain. I am also Thankful for our sweet grandchildren and the foresight of their parents to plan a really fun day!

How great! Sound like SO much fun….I wish we lived a lot closer to my kids grandparents. They get to see them about once every two years…It is a sad reality.

Sounds like lots of fun! I’m happy the weather is cooperating with you for this ‘hunt’ for treasure! I’ve got ‘tennis’ champs at Small Reflections and flowers at Sacred Ruminations so take your pick if crunched for time.

A treasure hunt sounds like so much fun. I am planning a bit of a treasure hunt myself for Easter instead of the traditional egg hunt. Mine is a cross between a scavenger hunt, a treasure hunt and an egg hunt. I am so thankful I have tomorrow off so I can get everything pulled together.
