Friday Already!
Well here it is Friday already. Where does it go? I must be having loads of fun because time is flying by! It has been an incredible week. I had grandma duty on Monday which is alawys a fun way to start. Mindy had a dr. appoinment. The “new” neurologist was to give her the results of recent tests. It turns out, she has two herniated disks in her neck. While that may not sound like something to be thankful for, I am thankful that they know what is causing some of her problem. They did more tests so we are praying for their wisdom in finding out and treating her maladies.
Sweetie came home early from Ohio to surprise me! WoooHooo! He got home about nine pm Wednesday. What a great surprise! He told me he was going to get me a new OSU sweat shirt, and he did but he also brought OSU jammies and slippers! He called in an “ensemble” , which was so darn cute. Both the ensemble and just hearing him talk like that! I listened as he told me his experience shopping for just the right color…SCARLET, not dull red. He is so thoughtful. It sure makes an old girl feel loved! I am a HUGE OSU football fan. I am so Thankful for Sweetie and for my new “ensemble” LOL!
I participated in Thursday Thirteen yesterday, for the first time. I wanted to say Thank You to all of you who stopped by. You sure made me feel welcome and I am Thankful for that. Everyone left such nice comments!
Well the weekend is here and Sweetie and I are spending it with family at a resort hotel in French Lick Indiana. His folks have reserved a suite and several of us are going, including two of the grandchildren. We will be taking a train ride on an old steam engine train. There is a hold up planned with guys on horseback and a stagecoach. We are quite excited as 5 yr old Isaac wants to be a sheriff when he grows up! He will be wearing his cowboy hat and boots along with his badge and handcuffs! This should be a hoot!
Have a great weekend!………..Life IS Good!

Hi, so happy for your week. I like the new design of your blog. I wish I could be with you in French Lick. I have a Aunt and about 50 cousins who live in the area. My Mom was born and raised in Paoli so I know the area well. Just stay away from that big boat that is sitting in less than a foot of water. You all will enjoy.
